     Outwater Hardware operates as a centralized, product-warehouse for 350 national and international companies. Our comprehensive hardware selection offers woodworking customers with a "Single Distribution Source" for all their woodworking requirements.
     Outwater Hardware maintains a large national sales organization that delivers hardware products and provides professional service to 18,000 customers in all 50 states.      Since 1961, we have been recognized as an industry leader in the woodworking supply business. Outwater maintains an extensive network of Outside Territory Managers who visit customers daily. In addition, a cadre of Inside Sales Professionals, averaging 12.7 years each, are always ready to answer your questions, review your orders and arrange for immediate shipment of your hardware material. Unfortunately, the Internet presents new customers with only a single dimension to our national organization. METHODS OF PAYMENT:

Non-Registered Customers: Credit Card Only (VISA, MasterCard, American Express)
Registered Customers: Credit Card, COD or Open Account available pending completion of a CREDIT APPLICATION that supports a clear financial history.

SHIPPING:

All prices are quoted FOB Lincoln Park, New Jersey USA

     UPS: Material is typically shipped by UPS Ground or the UPS Hundredweight program. All other UPS shipping methods are available and will incur an additional charge. Freight charges cannot be estimated at the time of order but will be added to the invoice. Please Note that we will add only several dollars as a "packing charge" and all other freight charges will reflect actual UPS standard rates.
     Common Carrier: Utilized when orders do not meet size or weight criteria for packaged carriers. Outwater will use its best judgment in determining the carrier-of-choice unless specified by the customer.
     Outwater Trucks: Registered customers located in New Jersey, New York and Connecticut may request delivery directly from Outwater's fleet of trucks.

RETURNS:

Non-Registered Customers: Merchandise Cannot Be Returned or Exchanged except where there are manufacturing defects. Please select your hardware items carefully.
Registered Customers: Standard Return Policy as specified in our catalog on page iii.
